You hear all the time that you need to cut your fat intake to lose weight. This is not the case. You need to cut your bad fat intake to lose weight. 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2cm (1in) fresh ginger, grated
1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp of white wine or stock
