Reducing stress and being more relaxed is also very important to staying healthy.
Of course we live in a stressful society and stressful time. And many of us have stressful jobs and family situations too.
Nevertheless there are still things you can do to help reduce the amount of stress in your life.
Many people find that different forms of meditation helps them a lot. Or relaxing breathing exercises. Sometimes hospitals and medical centers sponsor classes like these to help teach people how to relax.
Activities like tai chi and yoga also help some people to relax and are a good way to exercise too.

Your boss won’t make a decision. Again. The cell phone in the cubicle next to you plays “Sweet Home Alabama” on its ringtone much too loudly, and you can barely move your fingertips because the air conditioning system makes it feel like an artic freeze even though the sun shines brightly outside. At least you think the sun shines brightly – you haven’t seen it since the morning, because you sit in an aisle of cubicles away from the windows. Those with window seats pull the shades down.

High cholesterol levels are linked to many health problems. The principle illnesses are thought to be thickening of the arteries and heart disease. These diseases are life threatening if left untreated so there is much emphasis on lowering cholesterol in topical programs and commercials on TV and radio. Ever wonder why shoulder problems are so common? There are some people who have problems with their sleep. Some have insomnia, narcolepsy, snoring, and some other have sleepwalking which is also known as somnambulism and noctambulism.
Sleepwalking, although it is not always harmless, it can also be very dangerous.
Sleepwalkers walk in their sleep. Or, they even do other actions as if they are awake such as taking a shower, eating. And, sometimes they can get out of the house. This is the dangerous part, especially because they cannot control their actions. Some sleepwalkers might also carry a knife or worst, walk in the nude.
