The Man Boob Battle - Why Is It So Hard?
Getting rid of man boobs is often an uphill battle. The main reason for this is that it’s close to impossible to spot reduce fat from a specific body part, like your chest, with regular exercise and a normal diet. Even if you do lose weight, it tends to fall off the body evenly or according to your genetic make up, so that even if you do 100 push ups a day, the fat deposits in your chest won’t diminish at a more rapid pace than those in your other body parts. It may improve your muscle tone and so it is important to do targeted chest exercises, but they won’t go a great way to help you lose your man boobs.
