A beaches favorite in Northern Florida, this art deco diner serves an eclectic mix of American and tropical cuisine. Entrees range from the simple to the sublime, incorporating fresh Mayport shrimp and fish, chicken, pork, and beef or a combination thereof.
If you like thick, hot sandwiches - juicy hamburgers and Reubens, or heroes with a side of fries or onion rings, this is the place to be after a day of surfing the shore or skimming the sand. If you’re feeling especially in the mood to splurge, complement the belt-busting meal with a creamy milkshake guaranteed to clog the straws. At night, the place jumps with live entertainment and socializing in their trendy cigar room. As the place may seem compact, it’s best to be judicious when seating if you have a problem with smoke.

Sleep is defined as a state of unconsciousness from which a person can be aroused. While sleeping the human brain is relatively more responsive to internal stimuli than the external stimuli. During sleep state, we are generally unaware of our surroundings. It is in this state that the body is getting itself charged up for the next day’s activity.

The human immune defense system consists of two main components, the innate and adaptive. The innate component is so named because it is a general defense system. It is not specialized or specific but consists of basic defenses such as barriers, guard cells and an alarm system. The adaptive component is also aptly named because it develops or adapts over time as a more specialized and specific response.

You can purchase raw organic cacao powder at organic markets, health food stores, and online.
Eight ounces of this powder cost about $8.
When using this powder, I have found that the following recipe works well for making one two ounce chocolate bar:
Two tablespoons of pure organic cacao powder.
Two tablespoons of butter.
Two tablespoons of sugar.
(It can be powdered sugar, baking sugar, or regular sugar. If you don’t like the graininess of regular sugar use the powdered sugar, or a middle ground is the baker’s sugar which I have settled on.)

Ask yourself these few questions:
1. Do you wake up each morning with tingling hands?
2. Do your feet tingle every time you sit down?
3. Do you just blame it on “sleeping on” your feet or hands?
If you answered “yes” to any or all of these questions, then I’m glad you’re reading this. The tingling or numbness in your hands and feet may be a warning sign of diabetes.
This sensation of tingling or numbness has alternative names such as:
• Loss of sensation
• Neuropathy
• Paresthesias
• Restless leg syndrome
• Sensory loss
